If I say I received great service from these guys it would be an understatement. The level of service was above and beyond what I was expecting along with great knowledge of the industry. I would recommend TAM A/C & Heating to anyone who needs the smallest to the largest jobs AC & Heating related.

I gave them a star because they came out very promptly, that I do appreciate. We needed a new capacitor at most $50 part was told it was a $65 service fee which was waived if they had to do work...they were here for 35 minutes and charged us $365. I asked for a breakdown in terms of labor price, part price, etc. but apparently that is not an option. We have had a capacitor put in the other unit and it cost us $100. BUYER BEWARE do not make the mistake we did turn down the service and pay $65 and keep shopping around. Lesson learned.

This company excels in delivering professional services. I recently had my AC system and heater replaced by them. Despite not offering the cheapest quote among the companies I considered in Houston, their professionalism stood out. They provided a wide range of options, far more than the other companies. Additionally, they went the extra mile by offering pictures of the condition of the old unit, clearly showing it was in poor state just as I suspected. Great experience and I definitely recommend them.
