I have used TAM since 2011 to repair my builder grade AC and in 2019 replace the entire AC/heating system. His work is top notch. He is always on time and delivers as promised for a good price. I came home to a very hot and humid house. Found out my ac was not cooling. Tim from TAM stopped by on time and quickly diagnosed my issue. I scheduled appointment with TAM as I knew they are a certified Amana/Goodman warranty repair outfit and was hopeful that what needed repair was in fact under warranty. Thank goodness for Amana's best in class warranty for HVAC, it was. TAM acquired part at massive Goodman plant on US290 the next morning, and installed that afternoon.
