Our ac tune up includes checking the performance of the blower belt and motors, inspection of all electrical connections, calibration of the thermostat and more.

					I have used TAM since 2015 to repair my builder installed system for my house. TAM is very professional and provide quality work at a reasonable price. I recently had my entire AC & heating system replaced by TAM. The installation was completed in one day as was expected. Installation was very professional. They cleaned up everything. The also provided  me with a 2 year labor warranty and a 10 year equipment warranty. I am very satisfied with TAM.
