I gave them a star because they came out very promptly, that I do appreciate. We needed a new capacitor at most $50 part was told it was a $65 service fee which was waived if they had to do work...they were here for 35 minutes and charged us $365. I asked for a breakdown in terms of labor price, part price, etc. but apparently that is not an option. We have had a capacitor put in the other unit and it cost us $100. BUYER BEWARE do not make the mistake we did turn down the service and pay $65 and keep shopping around. Lesson learned.

We had an emergency situation with our HVAC & they came out to diagnose the problem within hours. We had called around and no one else was available. Being new homeowners & expecting a baby we were very stressed. Luckily we found TAM, they were amazing. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly. If you are looking for a legit HVAC company highly reccomend, they also have very fair prices and I believe they offer financing if you need. Give them a call!

For years they have been reliable and a trustworthy company. Over the years, any time that we have needed them, Oscar has made sure that he, personally or anyone avaliable reports to our home to service our unit promptly which is so much appreciated in our Houston climate.
